world we work with experts around the US to conduct focus groups, review
collateral materials and direct mail offerings. Projects recently
undertaken have included:

complete review of managed account offerings by major financial services firms,
including regulatory structure, marketing and integration with existing
channels and product offerings and the impact of online versus personal account
management.
- an
analysis of online mortgage sites - multiple testers reported on their user
experience, loan applications were submitted to all sites in the project.
Result: Client had a comprehensive understanding of the current competitive
channel and could use the data to assist in development of strategic planning

- a
thorough review of online insurance offerings was conducted including
requesting insurance quotes from more than 30 online vendors. Result: Client
developed most customer centric web site possible given current technologies,

update to a past project that researched and reported on the online brokerage
channel. Result: Client is refining current business goals and exploring new
models.
- a
competitor analysis was conducted for a French client for French, English and
Spanish language sites. Results: Client delayed launching English and Spanish
sites and concentrated on refining French site.
