Vendor Selection

Statistics
Using Business Requirements you have developed in-house, or those commissioned via Juvare, our personnel can conduct due diligence on all the the potential vendors for each module of your project. Early discussions will be held with vendors, often in an anonymous environment, to ascertain the appropriateness of the product/service and it's potential ROI. Experts in each discipline are retained to provide dispassionate analysis.

Juvare has no formal alliances with any vendor thus maintains absolute integrity in vendor analysis, assuring their clients truly get the vendor that provides the best solution for their unique business model.

Web developers
Having ascertained the business requirements of the client, Juvare is uniquely positioned to assist in the retention of web development companies. Analysis of strengths and weaknesses, peer review, reference checking and prior and current work analysis is conducted. Juvare does not have its own web development division so there is no conflict of interest.

Content providers
The vendor's business model, financial health, content uniqueness, distribution channel, partnerships/sources and key personnel are reviewed. Hardware requirements, operating system, ability to customize and be flexible for the client are all analyzed in the context of the client's business requirements and required ROI. No "vapor ware" is ever recommended to our clients.

Integrators, Tools and Service providers
Calculators/financial planning tools, tracking/profiling, content management, CRM, research, middleware, etc. are all within the scope of Juvare's consulting practise. A review of the integration of legacy systems with the Internet, including in-house and vendor applications, is also available.
