Juvare managed the entire project from concept through to deployment, including: business requirements, audit trails, vendor selection/management, site flow, copy-writing and research, QA of site and customer service, marketing and compliance. Following launch Juvare was retained to work with the client on upgrades and enhancements, reporting and ongoing QA.
