4. Why should I attend Exchange2020?
Exchange2020 brings the Juvare Community® together every year to learn from experts, gain valuable experience, and network with preparedness and response professionals to exchange new and innovative ideas. From inspiring keynote speakers, informative presentations, and multiple subject matter tracks, to our popular “Guru Help Stations”, excellent networking opportunities and engaging off-site visits, Exchange2020 is the event to learn the latest methodologies and innovative solutions from some of the industry’s top practitioners.
5. Why have two Exchange2020 conferences?
Over the years we have received feedback from clients and organizations who would like more flexibility on geographic location and on the time of year that works best. We heard you – by offering one event in the east (Atlanta) and one in the west (Denver), in spring and fall, there’s more opportunity for more people to benefit from Exchange2020. We’ll also be able to provide a more intimate, and personalized event where you can receive focused attention from our team. Plus, naturally, two events means twice the opportunities for those who can attend both!
6. Will the two conferences be different?
Yes! Each of the Exchange2020 events will have a distinct schedule of events and content. While there may be some overlap in content, there will be different keynote speakers, different client presentations on best practices, and of course different attendees from numerous agencies and organizations to network with.
7. Should I attend both Exchange2020 conferences, or is one enough?
If you can attend one, good! If you can make it to both, even better! Going to both conferences gives you more opportunity to learn and stay current on important information, topics, or updates, and network with more industry professionals from across the U.S. and around the world. You will also receive a $100 discount on your second conference registration (registration for Denver opens in May).
8. Will there be training sessions offered at both events and is there a discount offered?
Yes, all Juvare training courses will be offered at both events. For those attending both Exchange2020 conferences, you’ll be able to complete two levels of training in just one year and get a $250 discount off of your second course! Training discounts are limited to one per person.
9. Is there a discount for attending both Exchange2020 conferences?
Yes, if you attend both conferences, you or another person from your agency will receive a $100 discount on your Exchange2020 Denver registration fee. We will open a discount request portal when Exchange2020 Denver registration opens in May.
10. When will the Guru Lounge open?
The Guru Lounge will be open from Tuesday, May 5 at 8:00am. Until Thursday, May 7 at 1:00pm and our Gurus will be available to help you on a first-come-first-served basis.
11. Will there be availability to host our User Group sessions?
