NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Intermedix, a leader in the emergency management and preparedness industry, was listed as a sample vendor in two industries for its crisis/emergency management platforms and in one industry for crisis/incident management within three Hype Cycle reports published by Gartner.
New reports listing Intermedix include the Hype Cycle for Risk Management, 2017 and the Hype Cycle for Business Continuity Management and IT Resilience, 2017, for crisis/emergency management platforms and the Hype Cycle for Real-Time Health System Technologies, 2017, for crisis/incident management.
Gartner’s Hype Cycle reports track concepts and standards of technology, providing a representation of the maturity and adoption of technologies and applications, and how they are potentially relevant to solving real business problems and exploiting new opportunities. Intermedix believes these reports are vital resources for CIOs when assessing the value of crisis/emergency management technologies for their organizations.
The Hype Cycle for Business Continuity Management and IT Resilience, 2017 and the Hype Cycle for Risk Management, 2017 reports both cite a high benefit rating for crisis/emergency management platforms, the technology category which listed Intermedix.

The Intermedix preparedness division solutions, WebEOC and eICS, provide situational awareness for organizations of all sizes and are used for incident management during emergency and daily operations. Most recently, Intermedix solutions were used by government agencies and private organizations to respond to Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria.
