Hey. This is Brad Pond, from Juvare.

I’ve been here for nineteen consecutive years working with WebEOC.

Such an exciting ride. I’ve had an opportunity to do so many things here. Currently supporting the transportation and critical infrastructure in a business development role, but had the pleasure of serving in so many fascinating roles in my career here with Juvare. I’m always excited to meet professionals who are on the front lines.

They’re just a different caliber of people, right? The the professionalism, the excellence, the passion that they have just inspires me to come in here and do my job. And I feel like, you know, many times we’re on the back line, you know, we’re in the back office. We’re kind of two or three steps removed from all the amazing mission work that they’re doing.

But, you know, maybe as a former Navy guy, like I understand missions and I get inspired by people And so I’ve always been inspired by our customers, because our customers do some of the coolest stuff in the world. And you know, to be up close and see that, you know, it’s exciting. We have grown from, I was employee thirteen, and you saw it grow to about two hundred. We’re hitting all the marks.

We’re supporting people in a real serious way. We’re taking care of business, and we’re taking care of them. And I it’s it’s an exciting time to be here. Be open to be inspired.

In this line of work, you will come across people that will absolutely inspire you and take you to the next level. Just get around them, rub elbows with them, learn what they know, be open to change. The sky’s the limit. There’s no limit to to what you could do when you get surrounded by some of the people that I’ve had, you know, the pleasure of meeting over my lifetime in this industry.
