Commander Rorke T. Denver has run every phase of training for the U.S. Navy SEALs and led special forces missions around the world.
In 2006, Denver was officer in charge of BRAVO Platoon of SEAL Team THREE in Iraq’s Al Anbar Province. His team conducted over 200 missions including sniper operations, direct assaults, special reconnaissance and ground patrols. Denver was awarded the Bronze Star with “V” for valorous action in combat.
Previously, he was deployed to the Central and South American Area of Operations for maritime interdiction, hostage rescue, counter-insurgency and counter-narcotics. He also led his group’s response to an uprising in the Ivory Coast nation of Liberia, launching advanced-force operations, conducting hydrographic beach reconnaissance and helping to get U.S. Marines safely ashore.
In 2009, he became First Phase officer of SEAL Basic Training including Hell Week, then rose to Basic Training officer. He went on to run all phases of training including advanced sniper, hand-to-hand fighting, communications, diving and language.
Denver starred in the film Act of Valor, based on true SEAL missions, and his New York Times bestseller, Damn Few: Making the Modern SEAL Warrior, details his personal story and the demands of SEAL training.
An honor graduate of the U.S. Army Ranger School, Denver holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University, where he was an All-American lacrosse player and captain of the varsity lacrosse team. He earned a Master’s degree in Global Business Leadership from the University of San Diego.
Todd Stalbaum, EMT-P, HRM, CQM,has served as Disaster Health & Medical Manager in Orange County, Fla. since 2000, and manages the Disaster Health Services Office and the People with Special Needs program. He previously spent 16 years in hospital administration, risk management and cardiology services working for two of the three major hospital groups in Orlando. He also worked for many years in Fire and Emergency Medical Services as a paramedic supervisor and served as a firefighter in the U.S. Air Force from 1976 to 1980.
Stalbaum has seen his share of involvement in major events and incidents, including:

- 2010 Haitian Earthquake Repatriation
- His Royal Highness Prince Harry of Wales 2016 Invictus Games
- Orlando PULSE Nightclub Shooting
- Hurricanes: Floyd, Charlie, Francis, Jean, Wilma, Matthew and most recently, Hurricane Irma
Stalbaum carries licensures and certifications in Paramedicine, Firefighting, Health Care Risk Management, Quality Management and Incident Management. He is also an Intelligence Liaison Office with the Central Florida Fusion Center and Tampa/Orlando region of the FBI.
Nationally, Stalbaum is a retired Administrative Officer and Paramedic for Health & Human Services-Disaster Medical Assistance Team (DMAT) from 2000 to 2018. Locally, he is a Commander of the Central Florida Disaster Medical Team and member of the Central Florida local Medical Reserve Corp. Todd is also an executive working group member of the Central Florida Disaster Medical Coalition.
