Company History

Juvare started as three different systems: ESi, EMSystems, and Collaborative Fusion. From 2011 to 2013, these systems gradually merged into Intermedix, forming a single portfolio that would become Juvare’s foundation.

In 2018, Juvare formally spun out from Intermedix as its own independent company. Since then, we’ve continued to develop and acquire the best critical operations management solutions on the market and expanded our reach into 20 countries.
