Juvare Consumer Privacy Rights Appeals for Texas and Nebraska Residents

If you submitted a Texas or Nebraska Consumer Privacy Rights Request, Texas and Nebraska law provides you the right to appeal Juvare’s refusal to take action on your request. If you would like to make an appeal, please provide the information requested below so we can process your appeal. As required by law, Juvare will inform you in writing within sixty days of any action taken or not taken on your appeal and will provide you an explanation.

If your appeal is denied, you have the right to contact the Texas or Nebraska Attorney General to submit a complaint.
