Here, you’ll see networks. These are the communities at the heart of Juvare Exchange and are set up by users to reflect seasonal, industry based, or regional concerns in which best practices and information can be shared readily.

The secure in app chat is a great way to kick off conversations and start this knowledge sharing.

Note that you have a rich text editor, and you’re easily able to attach files from your computer to share important documentation and resources with your network. In addition to an app chat and file sharing, board sharing is one of the key capabilities of Juvare Exchange, letting you share your workflows that you’ve built in your WebEOC or UCP instance with users at other agencies. Keep in mind that admins have the ability to decide exactly which boards and which data points they share with their network, giving you complete control over the privacy of your information.

In the example seen here, you can see that a shelter board has been shared between facilities. This would prove particularly useful in the event of a heat wave where county level coordinators may need to send people to different shelters depending on availability and geography.

Remember that all networks are user created, and you can quickly create a network or browse existing networks from the network’s page. Once you create a network, you’ll be able to add in fellow WebEOC Nexus and UCP clients to your network.
