A marquee professional sports club operating out of a large-capacity (40,000+ seats) stadium in the heart of a major U.S. city sought to elevate its security, emergency preparedness, and incident management capabilities. This reduces entry time to under a minute per incident, a vital improvement for days involving dozens of medical cases.
This streamlined documentation allows the security team to review incident footage faster and ensures timely follow-up with guest services when needed — significantly improving both response quality and guest experience.
One particular integration also set Juvare apart for the club— Juvare’s partnership with AirSight’s drone detection and monitoring system. Increasingly critical for sports and entertainment venues needing to document both authorized and unauthorized drone activity within a certain radius of their facilities and events, the club immediately took advantage of this Juvare and AirSight integration.
By automating the process of identifying and logging drone activity in AirSight, then integrating this data directly into their WebEOC workflows, the clubwill be able to provide league leadership with data on the frequency of drone incursions, as well as save venue dispatchers 5+ minutes per incident in identifying a drone, as AirSight data on the drone model, duration of its flight, flight path, speed, and more sync in real-time to WebEOC.
