
A marquee professional sports club operating out of a large-capacity (40,000+ seats) stadium in the heart of a major U.S. city sought to elevate its security, emergency preparedness, and incident management capabilities. Facing the demands of daily operations, including game days and non-sporting events like concerts, the clubs security leadership recognized the need for a flexible, modern digital platform.
At the forefront of this initiative was the organization’s Assistant Director of Physical Security, whose team oversees on-premises security 24/7. Their mission: to create a safe and seamless experience for attendees, staff, and performers, while also contributing positively to the surrounding community.
