1. Create a Hurricane IRG: Create or update incident response guides (IRGs) for hurricanes and evacuations. These IRGs should address hurricane-specific challenges, such as utility outages and flooding. (Help Page | Training Video) 

1. Update the Depth Chart: Review and update the depth chart for the positions in the ICS Chart. (Help Page | Training Video) 

1. Update Documents: Review relevant documents uploaded to the Library. Update documents or upload new documents as needed. (Help Page | Training Video) 

1. Add Users: Make sure that every staff member who needs to access eICS has an eICS account. Add new users as needed. 

1. Review Access and Permissions: Users should log in and confirm that they can access all the information and features they need. This will help you resolve login and permissions issues ahead of time. 

1. Download the Mobile App: To improve access to eICS, users should download the eICS mobile app. This is particularly helpful when circumstances like a hurricane prevent you from accessing a desktop device or Wi-Fi. If you have already downloaded the app, make sure it is updated to the latest version.
