For example, a private portal could be set up in Juvare Exchange to exchange information between local emergency management agencies, event security teams, and local healthcare providers in a city to coordinate preparedness and response to ensure the safety of citizens, visitors, and event attendees.
- In Juvare Exchange, State Emergency Management Agencies can post shelter locations, status, and evacuation information on Juvare Exchange which would be accessible to all users in the Juvare Exchange community, including local, state, and federal government agencies, as well as fire and police departments.
- Public health departments could use Juvare Exchange to exchange information regarding health crises, outbreaks, or opioid data directly to the CDC for nationwide crisis management.
- In advance of a major storm, like a hurricane or other imminent critical incidents, hospitals and healthcare facilities could request resources, specific medications, or equipment that will be needed. Resources could be deployed from other locations, and pharmacies could post medicine quantities available at specific locations.
- Building supply or hardware companies could publish their open/close store status and proactively publicize available resources such as water, generators, flashlights, or other supplies for people affected by a hurricane or other catastrophic event.
- A hotel chain could post that they have rooms available for evacuees from wildfires, a hurricane, flooding, or other disaster situations.
