Juvare Launches Coordinated Response for eICS

ATLANTA, Ga. –  Juvare has launched a new product enhancement for its eICS incident command software, further enabling any business or organization with multiple facilities, to exchange information and collaborate innovatively during a crisis or planned event. Health systems and healthcare coalitions, corporations, as well as colleges and universities, will now have easier access to critical resources and mutual aid.

Coordinated Response users will gain deeper insight into incidents as they collaborate more effectively. Additionally, organizations will be able to:

  • Support business continuity efforts
  • Improve situational awareness
  • Disseminate more comprehensive information to intended audiences
  • Benefit from greater visibility into all activities taking place during an event
  • Engage partners via virtual communications
  • Improve resource sharing capabilities

Juvare’s eICS is a secure web-based solution that operationalizes incident command for any event, on any size or scale. eICS is also an important part of daily operations, whether that stems from managing an on-site survey and accreditation process to handling intra-departmental staffing issues. Through streamlining management workflows, eICS improves response times and mitigates the impact of operational disruptions. Coordinated Response is an optional add-on feature available for any eICS user.

“We are excited about our ability to encourage proactive coordination in an emergency above and beyond a single location, to further support the innovative ways our clients are using Juvare solutions such as eICS on a daily basis,” says Sam Klietz, SVP, Chief Client Officer, Juvare. “It is this daily use that provides better preparation which speeds up response times and saves lives.”

Juvare has supported more than half a million emergency response incidents worldwide, including, among others: severe weather, disease outbreaks, active shooter situations, mass casualty incidents, cyberattacks, evacuations, as well as sporting and entertainment events.
