ATLANTA, November 7, 2023Juvare®, the leader in situational awareness and critical incident preparedness and response technology, today announced the launch of WebEOC Nexus™, the next generation of its industry-leading WebEOC® platform. WebEOC Nexus builds on the same flexibility and reliability that have made WebEOC the gold standard in emergency management and operational resilience for more than two decades with a refined user interface, improved low-code/no-code functionality for developing custom workflows and dashboards, and powerful collaboration features to enable data sharing.

“The name ‘WebEOC Nexus’ reflects the growing importance of emergency preparedness and response professionals in both government and enterprise,” said Rajib Roy, President and Chief Executive Officer at Juvare. “Our user community is vital to solving challenges that range from modernizing digital government to protecting vital infrastructure and responding to climate events. They are at the center of change and transformation, and ‘Nexus’ recognizes and honors their contribution to resilience globally.”

“WebEOC Nexus is a major milestone, and we are thrilled to unveil it at the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM) conference this year,” said Jeff Telford, Juvare’s Chief Product Officer. “Built with the latest user experience principles in mind, WebEOC Nexus ensures that our clients will be able to use the solution not just to respond to emergencies but also for daily operations and critical workflows.”

Key features of WebEOC Nexus include:

      1. Enhanced user experience, simplified navigation, and easy-to-use quick actions.
      2. Customizable homepages that can be pre-set for various Incident Command System (ICS) positions or user roles.
      3. Powerful maps with additional visualization layers and richer geospatial insights.
      4. Frictionless coordination with other agencies and organizations through JX Collaborate™.
